RAC Enterprise has been great with questions + help understanding the difference of '08 vs '09 model. Internet order from an unknown company for this many $$$$$$ dollars was scarey! RAC beat the infamous home stores by $700 dollars. Ordered it Friday at 5pm. Burgers that next Thursday! When we unpacked the grill, the grill grates we missing! I was furious! We looked through the packing and then discovered under the grill below cardboard on a recessed pallet lay the grates! They called back to let me know they had gotten both calls and not to worry I had mistakenly overlooked the grates! We just noticed a screw or "rivet" missing from the Hood. RAC gave us the Weber number and now Weber is sending a new hood! The grill cooks real hot at first. So tone it down some at first. Once the learning curve has passed you will really like it's size and power. Yum! We use our grill almost every day. Will update the review in a few months and after we get the new lid.
